When I updated to Quicken 2017 for Mac, I declined the option to do mobile sync. I went to the Quicken Mobile site today, saw I had data from Quicken 2015, but nothing later. I'd experimented with the mobile stuff a couple of years ago. I also had this problem and saw this post. I tried the ctrl+shift and did get the dialogue box but it showed blank (at least initially) and I decided to just click 'clear all' - then they showed up but I assume all of them were reset. I decided to restore from backup that I had created 15 minutes before and then for some reason the bill did show up at the bottom of the list even though it wasn't there for several days at least. I then proceeded to link it to an online biller and it worked??? Apparently, restoring the file resolved something. Quicken Support managed to fix my issue with these steps: Please run this procedure, skipping no steps: Make a copy of your data file: Click File / File Operations / Copy. Do not change any Copy Option settings. Save file under a new name in same folder as current Quicken data file. (The Copy process appears to be performing a record-by-record copy of the data file and not just a simple binary image copy.
